Shipping Methods

At Kalvon Cuir, we offer multiple shipping options to ensure a smooth and convenient delivery experience. Available shipping methods may vary depending on the items purchased and the delivery location.

During checkout on kalvoncuir.com, you will be prompted to select your preferred shipping method. Shipping charges are calculated based on the selected service and total order value. Your final shipping cost will be automatically displayed before you complete your purchase.


Standard Shipping

Most in-stock items are shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). In some cases, orders may ship earlier than expected. Certain shipping restrictions may apply based on product type or delivery location.

Estimated Standard Delivery Times:

  • 5–10 business days (contiguous regions)


Expedited Shipping Options

Where available, you may upgrade to faster delivery services such as:

  • Second Day Delivery (2–3 business days)

  • Overnight Delivery (1–2 business days)

For Second Day or Overnight shipping:

  • Orders must be placed and payment authorized before 1:00 p.m. (warehouse processing time) to be processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff time may be processed on the next business day.

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.


Orders Requiring Signature

For orders valued at $500 or above, a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.


Shipping Destinations

Mainland / Contiguous Regions

  • Standard Ground: 5-10 business days

  • Second Day: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight: 1–2 business days

  • Postal Priority Service: 7–10 business days

Extended & Remote Locations

Orders shipped to remote regions may be sent via Postal Priority Service.
Delivery times and costs may vary depending on location.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

  • Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via Postal Priority Service.

  • Expedited shipping options are not available for these addresses.

  • Delivery times may vary.


Packing & Shipping Information

Whenever possible, all items in your order will be packaged together and shipped to the selected delivery address.

However, depending on:

  • Product size

  • Order quantity

  • Warehouse availability

Your order may arrive in multiple packages.

Delivery Responsibility

Kalvon Cuir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been successfully delivered to an alternate address provided at the time of order. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase.

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays observed by our warehouse operations.


Payment & Billing Policy

  • Credit Card Payments: Your card will only be charged once your order has been shipped.

  • Debit & Bank Cards: These are typically pre-authorized at checkout. The final charge is processed once your order ships.

    • Please note: Depending on your bank’s policies, some debit cards may reflect a charge immediately upon order confirmation.

Only in-stock items will be dispatched after order processing.


Shipping Costs

The shipping cost shown on an individual product page reflects the estimated charge if that item ships separately. Your actual shipping and handling costs will be calculated automatically during checkout based on your full order and selected delivery method.


Product & Regional Restrictions

Due to regulatory requirements, certain products made from restricted or exotic materials may not be eligible for shipment to specific regions.

Additionally:

  • Items such as fragrances or electronics may be limited to ground shipping services only.

  • Certain product categories may not be available for shipment to remote or restricted regions, including military addresses.

Availability may vary depending on local shipping regulations.


Freight Forwarding Services

Kalvon Cuir is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are addressed to freight forwarding companies.

If you choose to use a freight forwarding service:

  • You assume full responsibility for any loss or damage after the package is delivered to the forwarding facility.

  • We are unable to provide replacements or refunds for orders reported missing or damaged once confirmed delivered to the forwarding address.

Orders shipped to freight forwarding facilities are placed at the customer’s own risk.
