Kalvon Cuir Gift Cards are the perfect way to share premium leather fashion with someone special. Our Gift Cards can be redeemed on the official Kalvon Cuir online store and at participating Kalvon Cuir retail locations.


Redeeming a Gift Card

Using your Kalvon Cuir Gift Card is simple:

  1. Add your desired items to your shopping bag.

  2. Click “Review & Checkout” to proceed.

  3. Complete the checkout process.

  4. In the payment section, enter your Gift Card number and PIN, then click “Apply.”

If you have more than one Gift Card, enter each card separately and click “Apply” after each entry.
Please note: A maximum of two Gift Cards may be used per transaction.


Gift Card Rules & Regulations

  • Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

  • Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced.

  • A PIN is required to use a Gift Card for online purchases. The PIN is located on the back of the card beneath the scratch-off area.

  • If your Gift Card does not have a PIN, please contact Kalvon Cuir Customer Support for assistance.

  • A PIN is not required when redeeming a Gift Card at participating Kalvon Cuir retail locations.

  • Applicable taxes and shipping charges will apply to purchases made using a Gift Card.

Returns & Refunds

  • If a purchase made with a Gift Card is returned, the refund will be issued as a merchandise credit.

  • If the purchase was made using a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

At Kalvon Cuir, our leather products are crafted to meet the highest quality standards. Each piece is carefully inspected to ensure excellence in design and durability.

Please note that natural leather may display slight marks, grain variations, or subtle irregularities. These are inherent characteristics of genuine hides and enhance the authenticity and uniqueness of your bag — they are not considered defects.

Leather Care Tips

  • Avoid contact with water, grease, perfumes, cosmetics, and light-colored garments that may transfer color.

  • If your bag comes into contact with water, do not rub it. Gently dab the surface with a soft, dry cloth to absorb moisture.

  • Do not use commercial cleaning products such as shoe polish, turpentine, oils, stain removers, alcohol, or solvents.

  • Avoid rubbing the bag with abrasive materials.

  • If your bag becomes heavily soiled, consult a professional leather care specialist for cleaning advice.

  • Light-colored bags (especially white and beige) are more sensitive to dust, light, and stains and require extra care.

  • To preserve the shape, fill your bag with tissue paper when not in use. Store it upright inside its protective dust bag.

  • Avoid overloading your handbag, as excessive weight can distort its shape.

  • Use appropriate leather protection and cleaning products designed specifically for fine leather goods.

  • Kalvon Cuir handbags are crafted using premium natural materials such as leather, wool, cotton, as well as selected synthetic components.

What is Re-Kalvon?

Re-Kalvon is a complimentary takeback program offered by Kalvon Cuir for your pre-loved clothing, leather goods, and accessories.

Through this initiative, we partner with responsible organizations that help extend the life of products through donation, resale, recycling, downcycling, or conversion into alternative energy sources.

This program helps reduce textile waste and supports our commitment to sustainability.


Why Does Kalvon Cuir Offer This Program?

As part of our sustainability commitment, Re-Kalvon allows customers to responsibly dispose of pre-loved apparel, leather accessories, and intimate items. Our goal is to reduce waste and promote circular fashion by keeping textiles and materials in use for as long as possible.


How Do I Send My Pre-Loved Items?

Step 1: Gather Your Items

Collect clothing, leather goods, accessories, or intimates you no longer need. Items from any brand are accepted.

Please ensure:

  • All items are clean.

  • Intimates such as swimwear and underwear are washed.

  • All pockets are checked and emptied.

Step 2: Pack Securely

Place your items in a sturdy box, mailing envelope, or padded mailer.
If reusing packaging:

  • Ensure it is strong and in good condition.

  • Remove or completely cover old shipping labels or barcodes.

Step 3: Register Your Shipment

Visit the Re-Kalvon section on our website and begin your submission by providing:

  • Basic contact information

  • Number of items

  • Category (apparel, accessories, bras, intimates)

This helps us prepare for efficient processing.

Step 4: Shipping Options

You will receive:

  • A prepaid shipping label to print and attach, or

  • A paperless QR code option for supported postal locations.

Prepaid labels or QR codes are valid for 30 days.


What Types of Products Can I Send?

We accept apparel, leather goods, accessories, shoes, bras, and intimate items from any brand.

Accepted Items Include:

Apparel:
Denim, T-shirts, knitwear, outerwear, jackets, activewear, suits, dresses.

Accessories:
Handbags, backpacks, shoes, gloves, hats, scarves, belts.

Intimates:
Underwear, swimwear, shapewear.

Bras:
Bralettes, tailored bras, padded bras, sports bras, nursing bras.


Items We Do NOT Accept

  • Unwashed intimate items

  • Jewelry, watches, sunglasses

  • Electronics or non-textile items

  • Product packaging or hangers

  • Hazardous or contaminated materials

  • Wet items

  • Fabric scraps or cuttings


Is There a Fee to Participate?

No. Participation in Re-Kalvon is completely free.
We provide the prepaid shipping label or QR code. You only need to provide suitable packaging.


Will I Receive Compensation?

There is no monetary compensation, payout, or tax credit for items submitted. Re-Kalvon is a service designed to promote sustainability and extend product life.


What Condition Should Items Be In?

We accept used items in various conditions. However:

  • Please wash intimate items before sending.

  • Ensure all pockets are empty.

Clean items help us process and route them more efficiently.


Can I Drop Items at a Store?

Currently, the Re-Kalvon program operates via mail only.


Can I Combine Multiple Submissions?

Each prepaid label or QR code is generated based on your original submission details.
If you wish to send additional items, please initiate a new submission.


Where Is the Program Available?

The program is available in selected regions. If your address is not accepted during submission, it may be outside our current service area.


When Will My Package Be Processed?

Most packages are processed within approximately 2 weeks after arrival at our sorting facility.
You will receive confirmation once processing is complete.


What Happens to My Items?

Our priority is to prevent reusable textiles from going to waste.

  • Items suitable for reuse are donated or distributed through secondhand channels.

  • Intimates and worn-out items are recycled into new fibers where possible.

  • Some materials may be downcycled into insulation or industrial materials.

  • If no reuse or recycling options are viable, responsible waste-to-energy solutions may be used as a last resort.


How Is Routing Determined?

Items in good wearable condition may be donated or resold.
Items with significant damage (large holes, heavy stains, broken functional parts) are directed toward recycling or responsible disposal.


Can I Get My Items Back?

Once items are submitted, they cannot be returned.
Please only send items you intend to part with and double-check for personal belongings before shipping.
