An e-Gift Card is a digital gift card that you can buy online and use to shop at Kalvon Cuir’s online store or at participating retail locations.
No — Kalvon Cuir e-Gift Cards do not expire. The full value remains available until you spend it.
All Kalvon Cuir gift card purchases are final. If you want a different amount, you’ll need to make a new purchase for the desired value.
The person you send the gift card to will get an email (and a mobile notification if selected) letting them know it was sent. This includes your personal message and any image added at checkout.
If the gift card hasn’t arrived:
Ask the recipient to check their spam/junk folder.
Confirm the email address you entered was correct.
You can also resend the gift card by using the gift card track feature with the email and confirmation number.
Your gift card is redeemable for purchases online and at participating Kalvon Cuir retail stores.
In store: Open the email/mobile notification and print the gift card to present at checkout.
Online: Enter the gift card number and PIN during checkout. You may use up to two gift cards on a single order.
To view your remaining balance, go to the “Check Balances” page and enter the gift card number and PIN when prompted.
Kalvon Cuir generally cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards. However, if you have proof of purchase and the card hasn’t been fully used, you can contact customer care for help — they may be able to issue a replacement with the remaining value.
